Division of Laura Lee

Division of Laura Lee is at work on its third album.

The Swedish act revealed it was in the studio last week to record the follow-up to 2004's Das Not Compute (Burning Heart) (read Aversion's review). Don't hold your breath waiting for the record to show up in stores, though: The act's label situation is less than clear.

"Yes, we are working on our third album - when or where it will see the light of day is still a mystery," the band wrote on its website.

Sisters of Mercy new album

Sisters of Mercy are inching toward breaking a 16 year absence from the studio, though plans for quickly released singles are on hold.

The seminal Goth outfit is at work on its first full-length since 1990's Vision Thing , according to posts on the band's website. No details on the new record were given, though it revealed it had severed its relations with East West Records.

A series of independently released singles was planned to launch with "Summer," which would feature the title track, backed with a remix and another unnamed song. For reasons undisclosed, the band abandoned plans for singles.

Nirvana Live tour DVD

A classic Nirvana tour film will make it to DVD after languishing on VHS for years.

The band's Live! Tonight! Sold Out!, which was originally issued in '94, will make it to DVD Nov. 7 from Geffen. Outside of the unwatchable footage on the DVD portion of the band's With the Lights Out (Geffen) , it's the first time Nirvana has made it to digital video.

The set captures footage from the band's 1991 and 1992 tours to support Nevermind.
